About us
Anna has more than 25 years of diverse experience in the independent school space. As a former teacher, administrator, and coach, she appreciates the day to day needs of a school and its constituents, bringing an informed and balanced approach to her work. Her years working at Blackbaud, a leader in the constituent software space, connected her to hundreds of different schools across the country and developed her individualized approach to working with clients. She understands that there are many ways to run a successful school. Anna considers projects and problems from all the angles - from mission to curriculum to campus infrastructure and budget - to provide balanced and enduring solutions for her school clients, building trust and confidence along the way.
Consulting options
We bring an intuitive and individualized approach to meet the needs of each school client.
Consulting by the hour
For clients who work with us for a limited or one-time engagement. Hours used are billed monthly. Consultant availability can not be guaranteed.
Block of hours
A minimum of 6 hours are purchased in advance at a discounted rate. This option ensures greater consultant availability for a longer term engagement. Hours must be used within 6 months.
Long term engagement
For clients who require our services on an ongoing basis for longer than 6 months. Hours are purchased ahead of time at a discounted rate and a schedule of meetings is mapped out in advance.
